Arrival
Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will meet by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.
Entebbe is located on the northern shores of Lake Victoria, Africa's largest lake, and is located approximately 37 kilometres southwest of the Uganda capital of Kampala. With it pleasant climate, you can enjoy and explore many places including the various parks, beaches, islands, botanical gardens, national zoo and more.
Entebbe - Kihihi - Bwindi
You will enjoy your morning breakfast before your transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Bwindi. Flying over the third largest lake in the world will give you an incredible perspective of just how beautiful Uganda is. Lake Victoria is dotted with several islands and fishing villages which can be seen at taking off and landing.
Upon Arrival at the airstrip, you will be met and greeted by our representative who will then transfer you to Bwindi National Park and check into your lodge. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore the surrounds of your lodge or perhaps take a short guided trek.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a lush and dense forest situated on the edge of the Albertine Rift Valley, offering a stunning backdrop for your wildlife expedition. The park is renowned for its population of endangered mountain gorillas, making it a prime destination for unforgettable gorilla trekking experiences. Embark on a thrilling journey through the dense vegetation, following expert guides who will lead you to these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. The Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts incredible biodiversity. Besides gorillas, the park is home to a wide range of species, including monkeys, elephants, antelopes, and over 350 species of birds, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
*Please note: the transfer from Kihihi airstrip to the Buhoma sector of Bwindi will take around 1.5 hours and the road can be a little bit bumpy, it does give you enough time to contemplate your gorilla adventure ahead as well as being captivated by the incredible scenery synonymous with this part of Uganda.

Gorilla Trekking
The time for your gorilla trekking experience is here! You will have an early morning transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing with the Uganda Wildlife Authority guides who will educate you on the procedures to follow while on the trek. Before you advance into the thick vegetation of Bwindi Forest, an advance team of guides will have gone in ahead of you to trace where the gorillas slept the previous night. Once the gorillas have been found, they will then send a message via radio giving you a go head to enter the forest. As you venture into the forest, you may be able to spot various types of wildlife including primates such as chimpanzees, baboons and the L'Hoest's monkey. When you finally encounter the gorillas you will be allowed one hour to study their behaviour and interact with them. After completing your trekking experience, you will return tot he lodge where you will rest for the rest of the day and reflect on an amazing experience.

Bwindi - Ishasha
After breakfast we depart the Bwindi National Park and drive through farmland before reaching the Queen Elizabeth Park which is famous for its rare tree climbing lions. We arrive at our lodge in time for lunch before taking an afternoon game drive to search for tree climbing lions, monkeys and the huge variety of bird life that inhabit the park.
Return to your lodge in time for a relaxing meal.

Ishasha - Queen Elizabeth National Park (Shared)
Transfer from the Southern Ishasha Section of the park towards the Kasenyi Plains in the eastern part of the park, the journey will be approximately 100 kilometers, 2 hours 30 minutes drive. A game drive in Kasenyi sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park is a great place
to see view differing landscape and ecosystems in Uganda. The park is the oldest and the most visited in Uganda. This game drive will take place on the Kasenyi Plains which are in the north-east section of the park and but west of Lake George. Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the most famous National Parks in Uganda and for good reason. The diverse landscape houses a wide range of animals, birds and plants which enables any visitor to partake in games drives in different locations of the park, a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where animals and birds line the banks of this waterway that stretches between two lakes and Chimpanzee Trek in Kyambura Gorge.
One of the highlights of visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park is the boat ride along the Kazinga Channel. The boat ride is a round trip beginning at the Mweya Peninsula and lasting around 3 hours. The Channel is a 32-kilometre long natural channel that links Lake Edward and Lake George. The channel has one of the world's largest concentration of hippos, numerous Nile crocodiles, buffalo, elephants and a whole host of birds. including African fish eagles, kingfishers, Herons, storks and skimmers.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kibale & Chimpanzee Trekking
This morning we depart for the Kibale Forest National Park, reputable for having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa.
We arrive in time for lunch and in the afternoon depart on a chimpanzee trek where we search for chimpanzees and other primates including phoestes, Red-Colobuses, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabeys, butterflies and many small insects. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only the primates which inhabit the region, but also on all the forest's fauna and flora, ensuring that your walk is informative, enjoyable and excellent for viewing bird life and primates in close quarters.

Departure
After your breakfast, take a hike to the crater lakes of Ndali an amazing experience for sightseeing in an area many consider the most spectacular scenery in Uganda. Later we drive back to Entebbe with lunch en route before arriving at Entebbe airport in time for your departure flight.
