About the Hotel

EcoCamp is situated in the very heart of Torres del Paine National Park and provides the region's first fully sustainable accommodation, complete with green technology. You enjoy guided treks and wildlife excursions by day and share evening meals with new friends, before falling asleep gazing up at the star-filled sky through your dome ceiling. Wake up in the middle of the Patagonian wilderness in a cosy geodesic dome, with a panoramic view of the majestic Torres del Paine, ready to pick up the hiking trail!

Room Types

Standard Dome

EcoCamp Standard domes were the world's first lodge accommodation in geodesic shape. They are resistant to the strong Patagonian winds, and come equipped with a double bed, cozy fleece blankets and feather quilts, and radiators. There are windows in the ceiling for stargazing. Standard domes include shared bathrooms which are large, comfortable and gender divided.

**Please note that Standard Domes do not have electricity but you can charge cameras and other devices in the Community Domes. They also do not have keys or locks to ensure the safety of those inside in the case of emergency. If you wish to have accommodation with private bathroom then we suggest upgrading to a Superior or Suite Dome.

Superior Dome

Spacious, comfortable and equipped with private bathrooms, Superior Domes are the optimum choice for trekkers wanting that bit more space and comfort at the end of a long day's walk. They are the perfect upgrade from a Standard Dome for those doing the 'W' trek and looking for heating, a private bathroom and a more spacious interior.

**Please note that electricity is very limited in Superior Domes meaning that hairdryers are not permitted but laptops and cameras can be charged.

Suite Dome

Each Suite Dome has comfortable double or twin beds, a private bathroom with a state of the art composting toilet and a modern low-emission wood stove. Electricity is very limited inside the domes, meaning hairdryers are not permitted, but laptops and cameras can be charged.

Price Assurance

At Eclipse Travel, our expert destination knowledge and decades of travel planning experience come at no extra cost to you. While many think booking through a tour operator is more expensive than planning a trip independently, that’s not the case. We’re paid by our travel partners—such as hotels, activity operators, and cruise providers—via commissions, not by our clients.

Our team negotiates the best rates for you and ensures you receive unbiased advice, with no preference for any particular supplier. In fact, where we secure higher commissions, we often pass the savings on to you, giving us a competitive price edge.

Additionally, we lock in exchange rates at the time of your deposit, ensuring no surprise costs when it’s time for final payment. You can rest easy knowing we’ll handle the details with our suppliers. The only exceptions are national park fee increases or fuel surcharges imposed after your booking, though these are rare.

Take advantage of our team’s expertise and let us help you plan the perfect holiday—hassle-free!
