We have been advised that international travellers visiting Botswana will be required to pay a USD$30 tourism levy on arrival at international borders in the short term future. The Botswana government plan to introduce this fee for all international visitors & any travellers planning to visit Botswana should be prepared to pay this at ports of entry.
The start date has not yet been confirmed however we have been informed that this may apply as early as 1st June 2017.
